Trimaris Regalia: Crown or Coronet Storage Bags
Description:
Total items per project:
- 2 matching drawstring bags (Royal Arms of Trimaris are optional) for storage of Royal Crowns and Coronets.
Materials specifications:
- All fabric should be pre-washed and dried to ensure dyes are set and will not run in case of contact with water.
- Fabrics should be durable and similar to those used in period. A non-snagging fabric will be prefered for this project.

Construction specifications:
- The Crown storage bags may display the King’s and Queen’s arms respectively
- The Coronet storage bags may display the arms of the Prince and Princess
- The arms should be appliquéd or embroidered to ensure durability.

- Painted arms are not accepted as paint has both wash and storage issues.
- All design pieces should be embroidered or appliquéd in place, sewn completely with thread around all edges to protect from wear. Due to wear and washing needs, glue is not an acceptable fixative.
- Both bags should be lined, or have neatly finished edges. All support seams should be French seamed or surged to reduce snags.
- One bag shape should be used for both tabards in the set. Tabard sleeves are optional
Tabards should not be sewn up the sides so that they may accommodate individuals of varying size.
Neck openings should have a keyhole shape so that heads of various size can be accommodated without necessitating overly large neck openings
