If you do not meet the pre-registration window, please email ArtSci@Trimaris.org to alert the KMOAS you’ll need table space. There is NO guarantee we will have your specific form on file, in triplicate, for your judges so please do not depend on it. Fortune favors the prepared. For those not preregistered – anyone may enter DAY OF. This Faire is available to all, even if you missed the preregistration. Please engage early if you need clarity or mentorship. Your local Minister of Arts and Sciences and your KMOAS are eager to assist.
This is the pre-registration form for Kingdom Art/Sci Faire entries. All entries must be pre-17th Century. Sourced documentation may include works from and before 1650 that reference a pre-17th Century origin. Entries that date later than 1650 CE will not be judged. A reminder that entrants who have multiple entries, MUST complete a separate registration for each entry. This is to ensure proper and complete registration within our tracking system.
Please note, you may enter in any and all categories and subdivisions, but you may not enter two of the same. For instance, if you did several metalworking projects, you could enter Tools, Casting, and Clockwork, but you could not enter two Clockwork Static Display projects. You could enter a Static Display Clockwork, and a Written Works: Research on Clockwork – engage your KMOAS for any clarity.
