Law Changes from Their Royal Majesties

The populace may send all commentary on the proposed changes below directly to Their Royal Majesties of Trimaris at Crown@trimaris.org within 30 days.

3.A.1.a)

Such an appeal will be handled as follows.  A member of the Populace may appeal a sanction or unfavorable decision imposed by a warranted officer of the Kingdom.   As specified in Kingdom Law Section 3.A.1 above, the Crown is the final arbiter of this appeal.  Such an appeal will involve a fair hearing in the format of the Crown’s choosing, where the warranted officer who made the decision presents their case, the member of the Populace presents their case, and the Crown passes a ruling on it.  The Crown may request, as needed, the presence of Kingdom Seneschal and/or the Greater Officer under whose supervision operates the warranted officer who made the unfavorable decision.

12.D 1. The Peerages of Trimaris consists of the Orders of the Chivalry, the Order of the Laurel, the Order of the Pelican, and Order of Defense, and the Order of the Mark .

14.A.5. Bestowed Peers (Chivalry, Laurels, Masters of Defense, Master Marksman, and Pelicans) may wear a circlet of precious metal with no protrusions above or below the band, with the emblem(s) of the appropriate order(s), the overall height not to exceed one (1) inch.  Laurels may wear a Laurel Wreath.

14.B 4 Regalia reserved for the Order of the Mark are a set of nesting scale weights within and conjoined to a mascle fleury at the upper point. The regalia of the Order will be two white vambraces or bracers.
