🌐 Electronic Warrants Are Here!

The Trimaris Webministry is excited to announce that warrant processing is now electronic!

To streamline the process and ensure faster, more accurate records, all new officer warrants will now begin through our Electronic Warrant Request Form, available on the Trimaris website.

📋 How it works:

1. Fill out the online form with the details of the individual who needs to be warranted.
2. Once submitted, a member of the Webministry will send the warrant to the designated email.
3. The form will then be routed automatically to the required officers and the Crown for their signatures.
4. The final copy will be delivered to the Seneschal’s administrative assistant for recordkeeping.

This new process eliminates delays and helps ensure everyone is accurately recorded in a timely manner.
